Terms & Conditions:
– Blending trim and curls is included on the day of application if client wishes.
– Clients are required to come with their natrual hair washed and straightened prior their appointment. If client would like us to wash and blowdry their natrual hair before we apply hair extensions, it is required for client to let us know when booking the appointment to ensure enough time is allocated for this extra service. This extra service will be an additional cost;
– 50% deposit is required to secure an appointment. 48 hour notice is required if you wish to reschdule or cancel your appointment. Deposit cannot be refunded if the 48 hour notice period has not been given.
– 50% deposit is required for all custom order hair extensions. Once the order has been placed we are unable to provide a refund, exchange or credit note for a different service.
– Additional cost if hair extensions need to be toned/coloured to suit your natrual hair.
